August 2026: Kickball Vegan Meetup

Register by August 7th at 7pm to showcase your ball-kicking skills.

When and Where

• Sunday, August 9th, 2026
• Noon until 2 PM
• Hillhurst Sunnyside Park Baseball Diamond (1374 5 Ave NW, Calgary, AB T2N 0S2). See it on a (map).

Tickets

Tickets are $10 per person. After submitting the form, you’ll find the e-transfer details. Payment must be sent within 2 days. Failure to send payment will result in your reservation being cancelled.

What’s included

• Baseball diamond rental
• Amateur team coaching
• Team spirit, emotional and moral support

What to bring

• Dress for the weather, potentially annoying bugs, and a red shale field
• Athletic wear (preferably tall socks)
• Water bottle
• Sunscreen, water and insect repellent

Additional information

• This is an 18+ event
• This event will run rain, snow, and (preferably) shine. Smoke will be a main cause to cancel, but it would have to be an AQHI >8. There’s something quite epic and apocalyptic about playing kickball with gas masks.
