The Kind Fork Faction is a vegan social scene organized by five lifelong besties. <3

Actually, we found each other in our thirties via a mix of Bumble BFF, Facebook Dating, and yes, even ex-boyfriends. Because let’s be honest: making new friends as an adult takes real effort, especially when you’re looking for a community of people who share the same values of having a good time and a love of animals.

Between us, we bring 44+ years of vegan experience and 179+ years of party experience. Rather than starting a band with a bassist, two triangle players, one rhythmically challenged hand-clapper, and a member permanently hiding behind an amp, we decided to channel that energy into monthly meetups to help build a fun and welcoming vegan community in Calgary.
